At Tasva, we believe that ethnic wear truly shines when it fits perfectly. To ensure you experience both elegance and comfort with every piece, we offer complimentary alteration services for all products purchased from us.
Alteration Service Process
- Eligibility: Alteration services are available only for apparel. Footwear and accessories are not eligible for any kind of alteration
- The alteration services are provided free of charge
- For alteration services, please visit the nearest Tasva store within one month of purchase. Locate your closest store here -https://www.tasva.com/store-locator
- To avail the service, presenting your online order details or invoice is mandatory at the store
- The timeline to collect the altered garment will be communicated by the store team directly
Terms & Conditions of Alteration Service
- If the alteration request is raised after one month of purchase, stores are not bound to deliver the alteration service
- Products once altered are not eligible for return and refund
- The store is only responsible for altering the garment. For any other assistance related to an online order, please reach out to customer care
- Alteration is only limited to fitting of the garment. Any kind of customization or rectification is not allowed and is not included in this service
