- Continue with the Checkout
- Complete the Checkout with Billing and shipping details.
- Track your orders and review past purchases
- Request a return directly from your account
- Preview our new collections
- Save your address details so you can shop even quicker next time
Refunds and Returns
Returns must be initiated within 2 days of the order being delivered. To initiate a return, go into MY ACCOUNT and click RETURNS. Our shipping and delivery partners will contact you and arrange a pick-up at your mentioned address at a time convenient for you. Packing instructions will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains or signs of having been tampered with. Products must have the original quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Products must be free of damage and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. Accessories cannot be returned or refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns initiated after 2 days from the date of delivery will not be entertained.

- Tasva will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer bears complete responsibility for the accuracy of information provided.
- A refund will be issued only after the products are received at our warehouse and after quality checks are completed.
- Please make sure the packet is well-sealed before handing it over to our shipping and delivery partners.
- Tasva follows a 2 days, ‘No Questions Asked’ return policy. You can return the product within 2 days of delivery.
