Is there any quality assurance for the items ordered?
All our products are checked for quality before dispatch to ensure they meet Tasva’s standards of fit, finish, and presentation. We aim to deliver a smooth and satisfactory experience with every order.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email and SMS confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. For any concerns please email on tasva@abfrl.adityabirla.com
If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
Orders placed separately are processed individually and cannot be combined. Rest assured, shipping is free on all orders placed through our website.
How to check current status of my order?
'My Orders' page would provide you with complete information of your order including the order status, payment status and tracking details.
What if I have any complaint regarding my order?
You can get in touch with our customer support team through the "Contact Us" section on the website. Simply send an email to tasva@abfrl.adityabirla.com or give us a call on +91-740-6108844 for any complaint. Our customer care team is always at your service (10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)).
Can I add more items after placing the order?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you won't be able to add more items to it. You may place a new order for the items you missed out on adding.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order directly from the 'My Orders' page. It can only be cancelled if the order has not been processed and packed for dispatch. However, please note that this will result in the cancellation of the entire order.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
You will receive refund into the source account within 2-5 days from the time of order cancellation.
Is partial order cancellation possible?
To request a partial cancellation, please drop us an email at tasva@abfrl.adityabirla.com or call us at +91-7406108844 (10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)). Please note, cancelling through the 'My Orders' page will result in the entire order being cancelled.

My payment has failed? What should I do?
If your payment fails, we recommend retrying after a few minutes and ensuring that your banking details are entered correctly. In case your account is debited despite the failure, the amount is typically reversed by your bank within 10 business days. For any assistance, feel free to reach out to us via email.
My account has been debited but order not confirmed? What should I do?
We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but wouldn't have been received by us yet. Please wait for 24 hours to check if the order has been confirmed or if the amount is credited back to you. If neither happens, please drop us a mail and we'll help you further.
Do you take alteration requests?
Yes — we offer complimentary alterations at any Tasva store. Just visit the branch nearest you, and our team will ensure your outfit fits beautifully. Please note that while we adjust for fit, we don’t offer custom design or styling changes. Refer to the alteration policy section on the page for more information.
Do you engage in wholesale transactions?
We don't indulge in wholesale transactions. However, for bulk or corporate order requests, you may reach out to our team on tasva@abfrl.adityabirla.com.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you deliver to my location?
Tasva partners with some of the leading delivery providers in the country, enabling us to service most locations across India. If you'd like to confirm delivery to a specific pin code, feel free to reach out to our customer care team.
How are products delivered to me?
At Tasva, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Once your order has been shipped you will get an e mail and SMS informing you the details of courier partner and AWB (Tracking number) number using which you can track your shipment.
Is there any additional delivery charge?
No, all orders are shipped free of charge. We do not apply any additional delivery fees.
How do I track my order?
'My Orders' page would provide you with complete information of your order including the order status, payment status and tracking details.
What are the shipping timelines?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery may take an additional 4-7 business days, depending on the location. In total, you can expect your order to be delivered within 7-10 business days.
On what days of week can I expect my order?
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Can I change the billing and delivery address of my recent order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the billing or delivery address. We recommend reviewing all details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Yes, you may request to reschedule the delivery by calling the Tasva customer care team on +91-740-6108844 from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) or email us on tasva@abfrl.adityabirla.com
I have only received part of my order. When's the remaining expected to arrive?
The reasons why you would have partially received the order could be:
- The dispatch timeline of the products ordered vary.
- We shipped out your items in two different shipments. The other would still be in transit.
- The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a cancellation notification via email and the refund for the items will be initiated.
What should I do if I miss the delivery?
We understand that you can't wait at your delivery address all the time, and that is exactly why we will try to attempt delivering your order thrice. So, if you have missed the delivery please do not worry, we will try to make an attempt again. We'll also try and drop you a call, in case you miss the delivery to understand your delivery requirements.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping. At the moment, Tasva orders can only be delivered to addresses within India.
What are the shipping charges I have to pay for delivery outside India?

Can I check the product before accepting the delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer open delivery, and you cannot check the product before accepting it. However, in case you do not like the product, you always can return the product back as per the return policy of the item.
Refunds and Returns
What is Tasva's return policy?
We accept returns on eligible products within 2 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Returns are not applicable on accessories and footwear. Once approved, the item will be picked up within 2–3 business days, and the refund will be processed after a quality check.
What is Tasva’s exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. If you wish to get a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
I have received a damaged product. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please email us at tasva@abfrl.adityabirla.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. It is mandatory to share a clear image of the damaged product with the tag along with an unboxing video to help us address the issue promptly.
I have received an incorrect product. What should I do?
If you have received a product different from what you ordered, please email us at tasva@abfrl.adityabirla.com within 24 hours of delivery. It is mandatory to share a clear image of the product with the tag along with an unboxing video so that we can look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest.
Are all Tasva products returnable?
Only select apparel items are eligible for return. Accessories and footwear products are not returnable. We recommend reviewing the return eligibility mentioned on each product page before making a purchase to ensure a smooth experience.
How does the return process works?
You can place a return request directly from the 'My Orders' page by selecting the item and choosing the return option.
How will I get my refund?
Once your return is picked up and arrives at our warehouse, we'll complete a quality check. The refund is then processed back to your original payment method, typically reflecting in your account within 7-8 business days. For cancellations (before dispatch), refunds are initiated within 2-3 business days.
What is store credit?
At the moment, we do not offer store credit. All eligible refunds are processed directly to the original mode of payment used at checkout.
The delivery agent is refusing to accept my return. What should I do?
If the delivery partner is unable to collect your product, please email us at tasva@abfrl.adityabirla.com with clear images of the product and the tag. This will help us coordinate with our logistics partner and take the necessary steps.
How soon will the return process be over?

Gift Cards
Where can I purchase a gift card?
Tasva gift cards are currently available for purchase only at our physical stores. Please visit your nearest Tasva outlet to buy a store gift card.
Are there any charges associated with purchasing a Tasva gift card?
No, there are no additional fees or charges. You only pay the value of the gift card you choose to purchase.
Where can gift cards be redeemed?
Tasva store gift cards can be redeemed only at Tasva exclusive brand outlets. They are not valid for online purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash, card, or cheque.
How do I redeem my gift card?
You can redeem your Tasva store gift card by visiting any Tasva exclusive brand outlet. Simply present the gift card at the time of billing during your in-store purchase. Please refer to the gift card terms and conditions for more details.
When does the gift card coupon expire?
Tasva store gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Can I get a refund on my gift card?
Tasva store gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions before purchase.
