RETURN, REFUND & ALTERATION POLICY

How can I cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled before it is prepared for dispatch. Orders cannot be revised. If you want to revise your order, you must cancel it and place the order again. An order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.

Can an item be exchanged or replaced?
No, items cannot be exchanged or replaced. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you can return the order and place a new one. 

How can I return an order?
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the order being delivered. To initiate a return, go into MY ACCOUNT and click RETURNS. Our shipping and delivery partners will contact you and arrange a pick-up at your mentioned address at a time convenient for you. Packing instructions will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains or signs of having been tampered with. Products must have the original quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Products must be free of damage and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. Accessories and footwear cannot be returned or refunded.

Our staff will initially scan the product at the time of pickup and a quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk / Warehouse.

If return pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-return the product to us by courier. Please mention the Order ID of the returned product on the package.

How can I alter any product?

You can visit any nearby Tasva store using the Store Locator on our website. Showing online order details (or invoice) is mandatory. For any altered product, no exchange/return or refund would be applicable.Alteration can be done within 30 days of purchase.

Accessories (Jewellery, Textiles & Footwears) cannot be altered.

When will I get my refund?
A refund, if applicable, will be initiated once the returned product has reached our warehouse and the quality check has been completed.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
For payments done via Credit Card or Net Banking, the refund will be administered through the payment gateway itself. The amount should reflect within 7 to 8 business days, as dependent on the bank.

I’m not fully satisfied with the products I’ve bought. What can I do?
If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount. Please return all unused items with their original tags within 7 days of the order being delivered. To initiate a return, go into MY ACCOUNT and click RETURNS. Terms & Conditions for Returns

  • Tasva will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer bears complete responsibility for the accuracy of information provided.
  • A refund will be issued only after the products are received at our warehouse and after quality checks are completed.
  • Please make sure the packet is well-sealed before handing it over to our shipping and delivery partners.
  • Tasva follows a 7 days, ‘No Questions Asked’ return policy. You can return the product within 7 days of delivery.
