Can an item be exchanged or returned?
Yes, Tasva offers free of charge exchange or return option to its customers under 7-days window from date of delivery.
Terms and Conditions for Return & Exchange –
- Any request for return or exchange can be placed within 7 days of delivery of product.
- Returned product should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and fresh with all the tags intact.
- Exchange will be allowed for the same product in its available different size.
- Exchange with any other product, of higher or lower MRP value, will not be allowed.
- Exchange can only be allowed 1 time for any product.
- Products eligible for exchange and return – Apparel only.
- Products not eligible for return but eligible for exchange – Footwear only.
- Products not eligible for exchange or return – Accessories.
How can I cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled before it is dispatched. Orders cannot be revised. If you want to revise your order, you must cancel it and place the order again. An order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.
How can I return/exchange an order?
Returns/Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of the order being delivered. To initiate go to Our shipping and delivery partners will contact you and arrange a pick-up at your mentioned address at a time convenient for you. We will send return and exchange confirmation email along with packing instruction to your registered e-mail address.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains or signs of having been tampered with. Products must have the original quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable) and sub-parts and accessories. Products must be free of damage and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Our staff will initially scan the product at the time of pickup and a quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk / Warehouse.
If return pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-return the product to us by courier at your own cost. Please mention the Order ID of the returned product and our below shipping address on the package.

How can I alter any product?
You can visit any nearby Tasva store using the Store Locator on our website. Showing online order details (or invoice) is mandatory. For any altered product, no exchange/return or refund would be applicable.
Alteration can be done within 30 days of purchase.
Accessories (Jewellery, Textiles & Footwears) cannot be altered.

When will I get my refund?
A refund, if applicable, will be initiated, once the returned product has reached our warehouse and the product has passed the quality check.
Prepaid orders will be refunded back to the original source of payment.
For post-paid or COD orders, refund will be in form of account transfer, where necessary details would be required to submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping fee will not be refunded in case of any returns.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
For payments done via Credit Card or Net Banking, the refund will be administered through the payment gateway itself. The amount should reflect within minimum of business days, depending on various banks.
I’m not fully satisfied with the products I’ve bought. What can I do?
If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount. Please return all unused items with their original tags within 7 days of the order being delivered. To initiate a return, go into MY ACCOUNT and click RETURNS. Terms & Conditions for Returns
- Tasva will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer bears complete responsibility for the accuracy of information provided.
- A refund will be issued only after the products are received at our warehouse and after the product passes the quality checks.
- Please make sure the packet is well-sealed before handing it over to our shipping and delivery partners.
- Tasva follows 7 days, ‘No Questions Asked’ return policy, once the product passes the quality check. You can return the product within 7 days of delivery.
